Refund, Cancellation & No-Show Policies

How Tattoo Removal Works


All package sales and individual treatment sales are final. Services provided by Nuleaf are non-refundable except in the following circumstance:

  • If a medical professional determines or agrees in his/her sole discretion that you are no longer an appropriate candidate for tattoo removal due to a medical condition, you may submit a request for a refund. Your request must include a signed note from your doctor. If you have already started the tattoo removal process and received one or more treatments, your refund will be equal to the price of the package purchased less the price for the individual treatments already performed. 

Refunds must be requested via email at [email protected] and they will be processed within 45 days and returned in the same manner as funds were initially collected.

Cancellations & No-Shows

24-hour notice to cancel or change an appointment is required. If a client misses an appointment without notifying the office prior, or notification of cancellation/rescheduling is not given at least 24 hours in advance, the client will be charged a fee of $35.
